Fulltime is a timer with no target to hit. The entire screen is the button, so you can start and stop it without looking: in a gym, in a kitchen, mid-set, mid-stir.

The one idea
Every timer app puts a button somewhere and asks you to find it. That is fine sitting still and useless when your hands are busy or your eyes are on something else.
Fulltime makes the whole surface the control. There is nothing to aim for, so there is nothing to miss. Everything else in the app was cut until only that was left.
